LuckLand Co., Ltd. (TSE:9612) concluded an agreement to acquire OATechno Co., Ltd. from Osaka Air Con Co., Ltd., Yasuhiro Wakamatsu and others on September 25, 2017. LuckLand Co., Ltd. will acquire 200 shares, out of which Osaka Air Con Co., Ltd. and Yasuhiro Wakamatsu will respectively sell 48 and 60 shares. In related deal, LuckLand Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Osaka Air Con Co., Ltd. OATechno Co., Ltd. will operate as a subsidiary of LuckLand Co., Ltd. For the year ended September 2016, OATechno Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥27.1 million, total assets of ¥114.5 million, sales of ¥196.8 million, operating profit of ¥6.4 million and net income of ¥6.6 million. The Board of Directors of Luckland Co., Ltd. resolved the deal on September 25, 2017. The deal is expected to close on October 2, 2017.
