LuckLand Co., Ltd. (TSE:9612) agreed to acquire Interior Finishing Work, Design and Construction of Joinery Work, Contract Business from Seishin Equipment Co., Ltd. for ¥20 million on May 31, 2017. The Interior Finishing Work, Design and Construction of Joinery Work, Contract Business reported total assets of ¥17 million as of June 30, 2016. The transaction was resolved by the Board of LuckLand on May 31, 2017 and is expected to close on June 1, 2017.
