LuckLand Co., Ltd. (TSE:9612) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Kankyo Sobi Nse, K.K. from Tsutomu Nakaoka on August 29, 2019. LuckLand will acquire 600 shares. As of December 31, 2018, Kankyo Sobi Nse reported total assets of ¥1.3 billion and pure assets of ¥212 million. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Kankyo Sobi Nse reported sales of ¥1.13 billion, operating income of ¥25.8 million and net income of ¥20.4 million. The Board of Directors meeting of LuckLand resolved the transaction on August 29, 2019. The transaction is expected to close on October 7, 2019.
