The Commercial Project Management segment provides various services throughout the residential property development process including preliminary management, planning and design, construction management, cost control, marketing, sales services, delivery management and after-sales services. The Government Project Management segment provides property development management services to government on resettlement housing property development projects and public infrastructure, including planning and design, project schedule management, construction management, cost control, completion acceptance and delivery management. The Other Services segment provides consulting services and construction design services.
