Rentracks Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6045) entered into share transfer contract to acquire 95% stake in PT. Kawaii wonder Group from Blue Impact Inc. on February 21, 2019. As per the terms, Rentracks will acquire 0.18 million shares. Corporate resolution was passed on February 21, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed on March 8, 2019.
