Lovelife Technologies Sdn Bhd announced that it will receive $280,000 in a round of funding on January 8, 2020. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction will include participation from new investor Rentracks CO.,LTD.
Rentracks CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in Website consulting business and Internet media business. The Company operates in two business segments. Performance-Based Advertising Service segment operates the performance-based advertising service Rentracks mainly as an Internet advertising service for PCs and smartphones. The Segment adjusts performance fees between advertisers and advertising media, collects and manages payments for confirmed performance fees. Search-Linked Advertising Agency segment acts as an agency for search-linked advertising, selects and manages keywords and adjusts the advertising time.
