Rentracks CO.,LTD. (TSE:6045) signed an agreement to acquire Adena (Shanghai) Market Sales and Marketing Co., Ltd. from Atena Corporation on January 8, 2020. Under the terms, Rentracks will acquire 5 shares from Atena. After the acquisition Adena (Shanghai) Market Sales and Marketing will become subsidiary of Rentracks. Financials of Adena (Shanghai) Market Sales and Marketing on March 31, 2019 are total assets of ¥107 million, total revenues of ¥279 million, net assets of ¥23.7 million, operating income ¥8.14 million and net income of ¥7.1 million.
Rentracks CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in Website consulting business and Internet media business. The Company operates in two business segments. Performance-Based Advertising Service segment operates the performance-based advertising service Rentracks mainly as an Internet advertising service for PCs and smartphones.
