Rentracks CO.,LTD. (TSE:6045) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 70,000 shares, representing 0.88% of the outstanding shares for ¥35 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to enable the implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until September 20, 2019. As of July 31, 2019, the company had 7,915,657 shares outstanding and 60,143 shares in treasury.

Performance-Based Advertising Service segment operates the performance-based advertising service Rentracks mainly as an Internet advertising service for PCs and smartphones.
