canow co .,Ltd announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of ¥30 million on January 21, 2022. The transaction included participation from Rentracks CO.,LTD. who will hold a minority stake in the company post the transaction.
Rentracks CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in Website consulting business and Internet media business. The Company operates in two business segments. Performance-Based Advertising Service segment operates the performance-based advertising service Rentracks mainly as an Internet advertising service for PCs and smartphones. The Segment adjusts performance fees between advertisers and advertising media, collects and manages payments for confirmed performance fees. Search-Linked Advertising Agency segment acts as an agency for search-linked advertising, selects and manages keywords and adjusts the advertising time. The Company is also involved in sales and brokerage business of used construction machinery, media planning and operation business, search engine optimization (SEO) business, personnel evaluation system and education & training business, electronic commerce (EC) business, as well as system development and overseas expansion business, among others.
