Vision Oogzorg BV acquired Care Medical Services Holland B.V. from Clínica Baviera, S.A. (CATS:CBAV) on October 15, 2013. Richard Fens, Pieter Paul Terpstra and Jacklynn Everduim of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary Spain S.L acted as the legal advisor to Clínica Baviera.
