Clínica Baviera Announces Earnings Results for the Year 2012; Expects to Open 2 to 3 New Clinics in the North of Europe

Clínica Baviera announced earning results for the year 2012. Results reflect a 4% reduction in revenues compared to the same period of 2011. EBITDA reached €9,627,000, €4,853,000 lower than 2011. Net Financial Result attained negative €641,000, €6,045,000 lower than in 2011, while Net Pro-forma Result (excluding an accounting adjustment due to the impairment of the Aesthetics Goodwill), reached €2,463,000. Capex was €5,217,000.
In 2013, the Group expects to open 2 to 3 new clinics in the north of Europe to strengthen the presence of the Group in this region.
