Clínica Baviera Announces Earnings Results for the Year 2012; Expects to Open 2 to 3 New Clinics in the North of Europe

Clínica Baviera announced earning results for the year 2012. Results reflect a 4% reduction in revenues compared to the same period of 2011. EBITDA reached 9,627,000, 4,853,000 lower than 2011. Net Financial Result attained negative 641,000, 6,045,000 lower than in 2011, while Net Pro-forma Result (excluding an accounting adjustment due to the impairment of the Aesthetics Goodwill), reached 2,463,000. Capex was 5,217,000.
In 2013, the Group expects to open 2 to 3 new clinics in the north of Europe to strengthen the presence of the Group in this region.
