Clínica Baviera reported earnings results for the first half ended June 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported sales decreased 1.4%, to EUR 42 million, because of a 11.2% decline in the sales of the international business. EBITDA and EBIT fell 20.3% and 31.5% compared to the first half of 2013, to reach EUR 6 million and EUR 3 million.

This decline in earnings is due to the change in the product mix in Spain and the lower sales of the international businesses. Lastly, net profit was slightly over EUR 2 million, down 37.3% on the first half of the previous year.
