For the year ending December 31, 2012, Clínica Londres, S.L. had revenue of €2.92 million and EBITDA of €0.03 million. Post acquisition, 168 professionals will join Grupo Bupa Sanitas S.L. N+1 acted as financial advisor for Grupo Bupa Sanitas S.L. and Clínica Baviera, S.A. Garrigues acted as legal advisor for Grupo Bupa Sanitas S.L.
