A consortium of Greek energy company Mytilineos and Siemens Energy has signed an agreement with Polish private power utility ZE PAK for the design and construction of a 560 MW CCGT unit with associated infrastructure at the Adamow power plant. The total value of the investment exceeds PLN 2.3 billion (EUR 535.6 million), Mytilineos said in a press release. The project is to be completed in the second quarter of 2027 and will involve Polish and international contractors and suppliers.

700 workers will be involved on site at a key point in construction. This is Mytilineos' second power project in Poland. The company, in consortium with Siemens Energy, is currently building a 560 MW CCGT power plant in Grudziadz.
