Polsat Plus and ZE PAK, PAK-PCE Stacje H2, launched the second public hydrogen refueling station for cars and buses in Rybnik under its NESO brand. On top of the facility in Rybnik, PAK-PCE plans further stations in Gdynia, Wroclaw and Lublin, to be built by the end of June 2024. The first station was built in Warsaw, Ursynow district.

The construction of all five H2 stations is estimated at PLN 57.4 million (EUR 12.9 million). The cost of construction of one station will be approximately PLN 11.48 million (EUR 2.58 million) on average, with the company paying PLN 7.48 million (EUR 1.68 million) per facility and the rest to be covered by Poland's fund for environmental Protection NFOSiGW.
