Agile Content, S.A. (BME:AGIL) signed a letter of intent to acquire Adman Interactive, S.L. for €4.1 million on September 12, 2016. The deal also includes the other companies of Adman Interactive in France, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and the United Sates. The payment to be made partly in cash and the rest in the shares of Agile Content. The deal value will be paid in two tranches, with an initial tranche of €4.1 million and the second tranche will be for around €4 million, depending on the results of Adman between 2017 and 2019.
