Agile Content, S.A. (BME:AGIL) announced a private placement of 2,777,778 shares at a price of €1.8 per share for gross proceeds of €5,000,000 on May 16, 2019. The shares have nominal value of €0.1 per shares and are issued at a premium of €1.7 per share. The transaction will include participation from institutional investors for 20% to 30% of round including Andbank Wealth Management SGIIC S.A.U., GVC Gaesco Valores S.V. S.A., and returning investor Inveready Asset Management, S.G.E.I.C., S.A., family offices linked to the audiovisual business and retail investors. Inveready Asset Management, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. may cover up to 50% of the transaction if necessary. The transaction will be carried with preferential subscription rights. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company and is subject to approval of shareholders in a meeting to be held on June 17, 2019. The transaction is expected to close before the month of August 2019.
