Agile Content, S.A. (BME:AGIL) acquired Jarvis Digital SL on September 7, 2018. Pursuant to the terms of acquisition, Agile Content will pay €0.2 million via issuance of shares and €0.3 million of investment to reinforce growth plan and payment subject to results of next two years. The transaction will be financed from available resources.
