Following on from the recent commissioning of the wind power plant in Barbados, Vergnet has announced new advances for its 3R plan in recent weeks, including the commissioning of two photovoltaic power plants in New Caledonia.

The first plant, with a total output of 154 kWp, follows a call for tenders issued in November 2021 for the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the Centre Aquatique in Nouméa, a project worth 148.000 euros.

The second, with a total capacity of 92 kWp and awarded following a call for tenders in the north of the territory in December 2021, concerns the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of six secondary schools, for a total of 103,000 euros.
