Toung Loong Textile MFG. Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,088.083 million compared to TWD 749.497 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 71.482 million compared to TWD 32.454 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 58.810 million compared to TWD 27.761 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.49 compared to TWD 0.23 a year ago.
Toung Loong Textile Mfg. Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of yarns. The Company's products consist of sewing threads, including zipper sewing threads, spun polyester (SP) threads, polyester yarns, nylon threads and bonded threads, and yarns for apparels, such as label yarns, Velcro yarns, air textured yarns, textured yarns and woven yarns. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania and others.
