Test Research, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,358.567 million compared to TWD 1,042.428 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 419.068 million compared to TWD 286.992 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 311.090 million compared to TWD 214.174 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.32 compared to TWD 0.91 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 4,008.172 million compared to TWD 3,238.519 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,237.738 million compared to TWD 907.645 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 953.368 million compared to TWD 734.607 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.04 compared to TWD 3.11 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.03 compared to TWD 3.1 a year ago.

The Circuit Boards Testing Equipment segment is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of circuit board testing equipment. The Semiconductors Testing Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacturing of testing equipment for chips and end products. The Company is also engaged in the provision of labor services. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic market and overseas markets, including the Peopleâs Republic of China (the PRC), the United States of America (the USA) and other countries and regions.
