Shinsung Delta Tech Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A065350) agreed to acquire Shinhung Global Co. Ltd from Bon-Sang Koo, Yeon-E Koo, Hoon-Jong Oh, Myeong-Kwon Cheon, and Ja-Cheon Koo for KRW 24.8 billion on February 27, 2015. As per the terms 0.14 million will be acquired in the transaction. Board of Directors of Shinsung Delta Tech Co., Ltd passed a resolution for the transaction on February 27, 2015. The deal is expected to close on March 13, 2015.
