Shinhung Global Co., Ltd. sold 10.43% stake in Shinsung Delta Tech Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A065350) for KRW 5 billion on February 25, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, Shinhung Global Co., Ltd. sold 1.99 million shares at the price of KRW 2,520 per share.

SHINSUNG DELTA TECH CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of mold products. The Company operates in three divisions: home appliance, information technology (IT) and automobile. The home appliance division provides washing machine parts such as control panel assemblies, drum motor assemblies, outer tub assemblies, top cover assemblies, front panel assemblies and others, as well as air conditioner parts such as front grille assemblies, front panel assemblies, propeller fan assemblies and others.
