Sankyo Tateyama, Inc. (TSE:5932) agreed to acquire Ryosan Electronics (Foshan) Co., Ltd. from Ryosan Company, Limited (TSE:8140) on March 25, 2014. In a related transaction, Sankyo Tateyama, Inc. (TSE:5932) agreed to acquire Ryosan Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. from Ryosan Company, Limited (TSE:8140), Hong Kong Ryosan Limited and Singapore Ryosan Private Limited on March 25, 2014. The deal is expected to close on September 1, 2014.
Sankyo Tateyama, Inc. (TSE:5932) completed the acquisition of Ryosan Electronics (Foshan) Co., Ltd. from Ryosan Company, Limited (TSE:8140) on September 1, 2014. Sankyo Tateyama acquired Ryosan Engineering (Thailand) and Ryosan Electronics (Foshan) for a combined consideration of ¥2 billion.
