RDC Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 62.445 million compared to TWD 50.818 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 14.656 million compared to TWD 14.577 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 17.112 million compared to TWD 14.073 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.25 compared to TWD 0.21 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 137.703 million compared to TWD 111.790 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 14.021 million compared to TWD 21.750 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 15.665 million compared to TWD 21.197 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.23 compared to TWD 0.31 a year ago.
RDC Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of microcontroller unit (MCU) semiconductor components. The Company provides MCU chips, which are applied in industrial personal computers (IPCs), flat panel displays (FPDs), measurement instruments, as well as microprocessor chips, which are applied in industrial computers boards, industrial controllers, industrial panel personal computers (PCs), computer numerical control (CNC) controller and others.
