PT. Andira Agro, Tbk announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2021. For the half year, the company announced sales was IDR 169,616.000 million compared to IDR 142,511.000 million a year ago. Operating income was IDR 10,793.870 million compared to IDR 24,279.738 million a year ago. Net income was IDR 4,345.713 million compared to IDR 15,911.319 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was IDR 0.94 compared to IDR 3.42 a year ago.
PT Andira Agro Tbk is an Indonesia-based company that is engaged in the plantation, agriculture and palm oil mill sectors. The main business activities of the Company are land cultivation, seeding, nurseries, planting, maintenance and harvesting of oil palm fruit and processing of oil palm fruit into crude oil (CPO) and palm kernel crude oil (PK). The plantation owned by Company is located in district of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra province, Indonesia, approximately 70 kilometers (kms) from Palembang (Plantation). Apart from managing its own plantations, the Company also cooperates with cooperatives in the form of smallholdings.
