PT. Andira Agro, Tbk announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was IDR 70,989.390 million compared to IDR 72,438.585 million a year ago. Operating income was IDR 17,098.153 million compared to IDR 15,030.907 million a year ago. Net income was IDR 10,510.295 million compared to IDR 7,069.901 million a year ago.
PT Andira Agro Tbk is an Indonesia-based company that is engaged in the plantation, agriculture and palm oil mill sectors. The main business activities of the Company are land cultivation, seeding, nurseries, planting, maintenance and harvesting of oil palm fruit and processing of oil palm fruit into crude oil (CPO) and palm kernel crude oil (PK). The plantation owned by Company is located in district of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra province, Indonesia, approximately 70 kilometers (kms) from Palembang (Plantation). Apart from managing its own plantations, the Company also cooperates with cooperatives in the form of smallholdings.
