IDI announced on Thursday that it had sold its stake in Point de Vue magazine, which is to be taken over by Artémis, the Pinault family's asset holding company that already owns the weekly Le Point.

Royalement Vôtre, publisher of the 'people' title, explains that Artemis - which had previously invested in the magazine in July 2018 - has bought out the stakes held by IDI and Audacia, Charles Beigbeder's company, in order to take control.

The deal comes as the publication has seen its website traffic grow by 117% between 2022 and 2023, now reaching 10 million unique visitors.

The magazine, which focuses on news from the royal families, is one of the top 10 best-selling titles in France, with a print readership of over three million.

Artémis intends to renew its confidence in the existing team, currently led by Adélaïde de Clermont-Tonnerre.
