Investment company IDI has announced that a dividend of five euros per share will be proposed at its AGM on May 14, including an ordinary dividend of 2.75 euros, up 10%, and an extraordinary dividend of 2.25 euros.

The dividend will be paid on May 22 (ex-dividend date May 20). The proposed ordinary dividend represents close to 3% of NAV, in line with targets, and offers a yield of 4.57% compared with the average share price in 2023.

At December 31, 2023, NAV per share stood at €96.86, up 11.4% on "a very good year in 2023, with good results and a strong business momentum, with 21 transactions completed".
