IDI, RAISE Invest and Tikehau Capital announce the sale of their majority shareholding in the Ateliers de France Group, to a round table led by the founders and directors, who along with 150 managers and employees, become majority shareholders.

On this occasion, Bpifrance's Cultural and Creative Industries division, a long-standing shareholder, is also selling its stake, and Bpifrance, via its Large Cap teams, is acquiring a stake in the company alongside the founder-managers and a North American investor.

Supported since 2017 by IDI, RAISE Invest, Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance, Groupe Ateliers de France is the world leader in high-end decorative finishing. It has nearly 2,300 employees, 80% of whom are highly skilled craftsmen.
