Hansae Yes24 Holdings Co., Ltd (KOSE:A016450) agreed to acquire Dong-A Publishing Printing from YES24 Inc. (KOSDAQ:A053280) for KRW 26.1 billion on June 22, 2015. Hansae Yes24 will acquire 2 million shares of Dong-A Publishing Printing. The deal was resolved by the Board of Directors of YES24 Inc. on June 22, 2015. The deal is expected to close on July 1, 2015.
