Hansae Yes24 Holdings Co., Ltd reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 671,868.79 million compared to KRW 839,649.9 million a year ago. Net loss was KRW 5,153.64 million compared to net income of KRW 16,427.61 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 128 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 419 a year ago. Basic loss per share was KRW 131 compared to basic earnings per share of KRW 418 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was KRW 2,012,161.88 million compared to KRW 2,115,265.72 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 37,273.9 million compared to KRW 21,174.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 954 compared to KRW 544 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was KRW 949 compared to KRW 539 a year ago.
HANSAE YES24 HOLDINGS is a Korea-based holding company engaged in the management of its subsidiaries. The Companyâs subsidiaries include HANSAE CO., LTD., engaged in the original equipment manufacturing (OEM), wholesale, import and export of knit shirts, ladies wears and casual clothing and YES24 CO., LTD, engaged in Internet shopping mall business, which provides books, records, digital versatile discs (DVDs), tickets, e-learning and e-books. On February 20, 2014, it established a wholly owned subsidiary, mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of textiles and textile products, real estate business, Internet related business, and venture investment business. On March 26, 2014, the Company completed the transferring of entire shares of two subsidiaries, PT. Hansae Yes24 Indonesia and Hansae Yes24 Vina Co., Ltd.
