Hansae Yes24 Holdings Co., Ltd (KOSE:A016450) made an offer to acquire additional 8.1941% stake in Hansae Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A105630) for KRW 60 billion on April 11, 2023. As per the terms, the offer price per share is KRW 18,650 for 3,217,150 shares. The offer commenced on April 11, 2023, and will close on May 2, 2023. Payment date is scheduled on May 4, 2023.
