Altia Consultores, S.A. (BME:ALC) signed an agreement to acquire QED Systems SLU from Boxleo Tic, SLU for €0.58 million on August 16, 2017. As a part of consideration, Altia Consultores paid €0.18 million at time of signing agreement. In addition, Altia will pay variable amount based on the results of QED in 2017 and 2017, depending on the completion of a series of commercial transactions currently under resolution. At the time of the agreement, the variable part can reach a maximum of €0.39 million to take shape those transactions and will be earned and paid in two periods, after closed and audited years 2017 and 2018.

Altia Consultores SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) services.
