Altia Consultores, S.A. (CATS:ALC) acquired 95.38% stake in Exis Inversiones En Consultoria Informatica Y Tecnologia S.A. from Mifer Consultores for €3.9 million in March 2013. The remaining capital will be held by minority shareholders. In 2012, Exis Inversiones En Consultoria Informatica posted revenues of €12.1 million. Astra Corporate acted as financial advisor to Mifer Consultores.

Altia Consultores SA is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) services. The Company's activities are divided into three business areas: Services, Products and Managed Services. The Services area offers IT and busness advisory services, development of IT systems, outsourcing, as well as complementary hardware and software, among others. The Products line is responsible for the development of software platforms, such as Flexia and Mercurio.
