Yuan Jen Enterprises Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 2,241.388 million compared to TWD 2,507.753 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 39.526 million compared to TWD 48.650 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 37.707 million compared to TWD 39.513 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.21 compared to TWD 0.22 a year ago.
Yuan Jen Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the trading of plastic and chemical products. The Company provides plastic products, which are applied in the manufacture of electronic components, electric fans, gears, packaging materials and toys; chemical products, which are applied in the manufacture of paint thinners, polyurethane (PU) curing coatings, resins, ultraviolet (UV) curing printing ink and others; oil products, which are applied in the manufacture of boiler oil products in factories, as well as other chemical products. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Taiwan and Mainland China.
