YouGov announced that the Company and Sundip Chahal, Chief Business Officer, have mutually agreed that he will step down for personal reasons. He will step down from his role as Chief Business Officer and as an Executive Director with immediate effect. Sundip contributed significantly to YouGov's strategy and the execution of the Company's first two long-term financial plans throughout his nine-year tenure as Chief Operating Officer in a period of considerable growth and change for the Company.

Most recently, in his role as Chief Business Officer, Sundip oversaw the planning for the integration of GfK's Consumer Panel Services, following YouGov's transformative acquisition of the business as announced on 6 July 2023. As confirmed in Half-Year Trading Update, the initial stages of the integration execution phase are progressing well, following completion of the acquisition on 9 January 2024. Its combined teams are collaborating on commercial opportunities to capitalise on the benefits of the enhanced value proposition.

Lynda Vivian, Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Sundip in managing the integration of GfK's Consumer Panel Services. Alongside the integration, Lynda will continue to focus on the delivery of YouGov's Platform model, in line with the Company's strategic growth plan, and ensuring operational excellence across the business. The Nomination Committee is taking the opportunity to review Board composition.

In light of the previously announced stepping down of Rosemary Leith in April 2024 after nine years' service, a search is currently under way for a new Non-Executive Director.
