Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX:CG) and Viscount Mining Corp. (TSXV:VML) signing an agreement to acquire Historic Mary Anne Group of Claims at Cherry Creek, Nevada from Southwest Land and Minerals Corporation for $0.05 million during the year ended August 31, 2022. As a part of consideration $20,000 paid on October 1, 2021, (Approval Date) to occur within 5 days of signing agreement and $30,000 paid on or before each anniversary of the Approval Date (first anniversary - paid) of the agreement to the 20th anniversary of such date, being the closing Date.

The Viscount is also pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Davis as new Chief Financial Officer. Derick Sinclair, Viscount?s Chief Financial Officer since inception is retiring but will take an advisory role position with the Viscount. William MacDonald is stepping down from the Viscount?s board of directors.
