The transaction included participation from new investors,Goodwater Capital, LLC, The Fintech Fund,Moore Capital Management, LP, Activant Capital Group LLC,Wollef,Magma Partners,Cross River Bank,Vinte Viviendas Integrales, S.A.B. de C.V. and returning investor, DILA Capital.
Vinte Viviendas Integrales SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the residential real estate development.
