Fr°s Sparekasse and Sparekassen Bredebro entered into an agreement to acquire Three branches from Vestjysk Bank A/S.

Fr°s Sparekasse and Sparekassen Bredebro entered into an agreement to acquire Three branches from Vestjysk Bank A/S (CPSE:VJBA) on August 30, 2022. Sparekassen Bredebro will take over Vestjysk Bank's branches in L°gumkloster and Tinglev, while Fr°s Sparekasse will take over the branch in R°dekro. 20 employees of Vestjysk Bank will move to Fr°s Sparekasse and Sparekassen Bredebro.

The deal is subject to approval by boards of Fr°s Sparekasse and Sparekassen Bredebro and the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. The deal is expected to close on October 3, 2022.
