Recommendation of the BoD for dividend distribution of €0.02 per share for FY2023
Trastor REIC (hereinafter the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will recommend to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the distribution of dividend €0.02 per share for the financial year 2023.
The record date, the ex-dividend date, and the date of the dividend payment, as they have been announced in the Financial Calendar of the Company, are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. In addition to the above, the paying bank will also be announced to the investors right after the relevant resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which will convene on May 17th, 2024.
