Trastor Real Estate Investment Company SA (ATSE:TRASTOR) signed an agreement to acquire Pileas Real Estate - Commercial S.A from Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. (ATSE:TPEIR) on November 12, 2021.

Trastor Real Estate Investment Company SA (ATSE:TRASTOR) completed the acquisition of Pileas Real Estate - Commercial S.A from Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. (ATSE:TPEIR) on December 28, 2023.

Piraeus Financial Holdings SA, formerly known as Piraeus Bank SA, is a Greece-based banking institute. It operates in the following main business segments: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, as well as Asset Management and Treasury.
