Acquisition of an Office Building in Kolonaki, Athens

Trastor R.E.I.C. (the "Company") announces the acquisition of an office building with a total surface area of 1.681 sq.m. located at 7 Irakleitou Street, Athens. The total consideration for the acquisition of the property amounted to €5.8mn and it was fully financed by the share capital increase which was completed by the Company in January 2024.

Mr. Tassos Kazinos, CEO of the Company, made the following statement:
