Titon Holdings Chair Keith Ritchie to retire in February

Titon Holdings PLC - Colchester, Essex-based maker of ventilation systems and window and door hardware - Keith Ritchie steps down immediately as chair and plans to retire from the board at the end of February. Ritchie was executive chair from 2012 until October last year, before moving to non-executive chair. Non-Executive Director Paul Hooper becomes interim chair while Titon looks for a new permanent chair.

Current stock price: 79.50 pence, up 14% on Wednesday in London

The Company operates through four segments: United Kingdom, South Korea, North America and All other countries. The United Kingdom segment provides passive and powered ventilation products to housebuilders, electrical contractors and window and door manufacturers. The South Korea segment provides passive ventilation products to construction companies. The North America segment provides passive ventilation products to window and door manufacturers. The All other countries segment provides passive and powered ventilation products to distributors, window manufacturers and construction companies. The Company offers various ventilation systems, including continuous mechanical ventilation (MEV); extract ventilation; supply ventilation; controls, switches and sensors; fire safety; ducting and terminals; wall vents; window vents, and accessories.
