Supreme Electronics Co., Ltd. announced a private placement to issue Zero Coupon Series 10 Unsecured Convertible bonds for the gross proceeds of TWD 3,000,000,000 on April 12, 2024. The bonds bear zero coupon and matures on 5 years from the date of the closing. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
Supreme Electronics Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the agent distribution of semiconductor products. The Company mainly provides memory products, including flash memories, dynamic random access memories (DRAMs), flash cards, multi-chip package (MCP) memories, solid state drive (SSD) memories and others, as well as non-memory products, including display driver integrated circuits (ICs), complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) sensors, reduced instruction set computer machine (ARM) processors, light emitting diode (LED) television backlight units, LED lightings, multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLLCCs), tuners and others.
