HK XZJ Digital Co., Limited announced private placement of 15,300,000 shares at a price of $1 per share for gross proceeds of $15,300,000 with existing investor Supreme Electronics Co., Ltd. (TSEC:8112) on April 22, 2021. The investor will continue to retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
Supreme Electronics Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the agent distribution of semiconductor products. The Company mainly provides memory products, including flash memories, dynamic random access memories (DRAMs), flash cards, multi-chip package (MCP) memories, solid state drive (SSD) memories and others, as well as non-memory products, including display driver integrated circuits (ICs), complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) sensors, reduced instruction set computer machine (ARM) processors, light emitting diode (LED) television backlight units, LED lightings, multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLLCCs), tuners and others. The Company mainly distributes its products in Taiwan, Mainland China and Hong Kong.
