Albér Fastigheter AB agreed to acquire Ornen 4 Property in Karlstad from Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (OM:SFAST) for approximately SEK 196 million.

Albér Fastigheter AB agreed to acquire Ornen 4 Property in Karlstad from Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) (OM:SFAST) for approximately SEK 196 million on October 11, 2022. Örnen 4 in Karlstad is the value of SEK 197 million as per the books of Q2. The leasable area amounts to approximately 6,600 sqm and the total annual rental income including rental surcharges is approximately SEK 12 million.

Albér Fastigheter has a option to cancel the agreement before October 17, 2022. Erik Borgblad from Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Stenhus.
