Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) (OM:SFAST) made an offer to acquire Randviken Fastigheter AB (OM:RFAST) from Danske Invest Sverige Småbolag, Prior & Nilsson Fond- Och KapitalfÖRvaltning Aktiebolag, Andreas Eneskjöld and others on April 19, 2022. In addition to the owners of a total of 23,120,422 shares, corresponding to approximately 52.1 percent of the total number of shares in Randviken, as Stenhus Fastigheter stated in the press release regarding the Offer, Andreas Eneskjöld, who directly and indirectly owns 181,819 shares in Randviken, has now undertaken to accept the offer. In addition, Danske Invest Sverige Småbolag, which owns 1,450,000 shares in Randviken, and Prior & Nilsson Fond- och Kapitalförvaltning AB, which owns 1,240,261 shares in Randviken, have each signed their letters of intent regarding the Offer, in which they have indicatively declared themselves positive to the Offer and notified the Company that they intend to accept the Offer. The offer period is extended to Augsut 16, 2022.

Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) (OM:SFAST) completed the acquisition of Randviken Fastigheter AB (OM:RFAST) from Danske Invest Sverige Småbolag, Prior & Nilsson Fond- Och KapitalfÖRvaltning Aktiebolag, Andreas Eneskjöld and others for SEK 2.7 billion on August 16, 2022. Under the terms, Stenhus will pay SEK 19.0021 in cash and 2.500036 Equity shares in Stenhus for each share in Randviken. Stenhus announced that the offer has been accepted by shareholders representing a total of 44,181,816 shares in Randviken, corresponding to approximately 99.5% shares and the offer period will not be extended anymore. As of September 13, 2022, Stenhus Fastigheter called for compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in Randviken and requested that the board of Randviken apply for the delisting of Randviken's shares from the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.
