Spinnova Plc's CEO Kim Poulsen steps down as CEO, and the company's Board of Directors has appointed CFO Ben Selby as interim CEO. Poulsen will leave the company's operational management as of April 21, 2023. The search for a new permanent CEO will commence immediately.
Mr. Selby starts as interim CEO as of 21 April 2023. He will simultaneously continue in his position as CFO. Selby has been CFO and a member of Spinnova's Management Team since March 2021.
