(OTCPK:SNNC) entered into a letter of intent to acquire 33.33% stake in Global Air Cylinder Wheel, LLC from Zoltan Kemeny, President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Air Cylinder Wheel, LLC, on December 1, 2017. The transaction is subject to the terms of a definitive agreement. The transaction is expected to close on January 15, 2018.
